Family Support & Pet Care Coordination in Los Cabos
Practical local coordination for the people and companion animals connected to your residence.
SERVICE AT A GLANCE
Is This the Right Service?
Who It Is For
Owners who need organized local coordination for family members, invited guests or companion animals connected to their Los Cabos residence.
The Problem It Solves
Care instructions, residence access, provider schedules, transportation, supplies and emergency contacts can become fragmented when the owner is traveling or managing changing household requirements from a distance.
What It Includes
Coordination of owner-approved caregivers, veterinary appointments, pet transportation, established care instructions, supplies, family or guest logistics, authorized communication and local follow-through.
What It Does Not Include
Private Living does not provide medical, nursing, veterinary, clinical, emergency or professional caregiving services. Care remains the responsibility of the independently selected and appropriately qualified provider.
When to Choose It
Choose this service when family, guest or pet requirements need to remain connected to the operation of the residence, particularly during owner absences, arrivals, relocations or emergency planning.
Pet Care & Companion Animal Coordination
For owners who travel frequently, spend part of the year away or bring their pets to Los Cabos seasonally, Private Living can coordinate the practical arrangements surrounding their care.
Our role is to organize approved providers, schedules, transportation and owner instructions—not to replace the veterinarian, pet sitter or other hands-on care professional.
Pet care coordination may include:
Veterinary appointment scheduling.
Owner-authorized transportation to veterinary visits.
Coordination with approved pet sitters and dog walkers.
Boarding and temporary-care arrangements.
Grooming appointments.
Food, supplies and routine product replenishment.
Organization of vaccination and veterinary records.
Coordination of approved prescriptions or veterinary supplies.
Communication with care providers.
Documented updates for the owner.
Escalation when a provider reports a concern.
Services are arranged according to the animal’s established care requirements, the owner’s written instructions and provider availability.
Coordination While You Are Away
When a companion animal remains in Los Cabos during an owner’s absence, clear responsibilities are essential.
Private Living can help coordinate the approved caregiver, access arrangements, schedules, supplies, transportation and communication surrounding the animal’s established care plan.
Where requested, we can confirm that scheduled providers have attended, follow up on open requirements and communicate relevant updates to the owner.
Private Living does not leave an animal dependent on a scheduled Home Watch visit. A qualified hands-on caregiver must remain responsible for daily care, supervision and animal welfare.
PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS
Continuity While You Are Away
Care arrangements are strongest when the important information is organized before the owner leaves.
Depending on the agreed scope, Private Living can help maintain a current record of approved caregivers, residence-access procedures, feeding schedules, established medication instructions, veterinary contacts, transportation arrangements, household supplies and owner communication preferences.
Our role is to help ensure that authorized providers receive the practical information required to perform their responsibilities and that material updates reach the owner.
Private Living does not independently modify feeding, medication, treatment or care instructions. Changes involving health or veterinary matters must come from the owner or the appropriately qualified professional.
Pet Travel, Arrival & Relocation Support
Moving or travelling with a companion animal can involve several providers, records and timing requirements.
Private Living can coordinate practical arrangements such as:
Collection and organization of veterinary records.
Veterinary health-certificate appointments.
Microchip and vaccination-record coordination.
Communication with approved pet-transport providers.
Travel-crate and transportation arrangements.
Airport or ground-transport coordination.
Temporary boarding before or after travel.
Pet-friendly arrival preparation.
Identification of local veterinarians, groomers and care providers.
Initial supply preparation at the residence.
Any import, export, airline or governmental requirements should be confirmed directly with the appropriate veterinarian, airline, transport specialist or competent authority.
Hurricane and Emergency Readiness for Companion Animals
Pet requirements should form part of the residence’s broader hurricane and emergency-readiness planning.
Depending on the agreed scope, Private Living can help organize:
Current veterinary and owner contact information.
Identification and vaccination records.
Transport crates, carriers and essential supplies.
Approved emergency caregivers.
Temporary boarding options.
Transportation arrangements.
Written owner instructions.
Communication and escalation procedures.
All actions remain subject to advance authorization, provider availability, safe access and local conditions.
PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS
Owner Instructions & Emergency Readiness
A clear emergency structure should be established before it is needed.
Depending on the service relationship, the owner can identify:
Primary and alternate veterinary contacts
Approved caregivers
Emergency transportation instructions
Spending and decision thresholds
Individuals authorized to receive information
Preferred communication channels
Residence-access procedures
A contact sequence if the owner cannot be reached
Hurricane or evacuation-related instructions
Private Living follows the agreed escalation structure but does not replace emergency services, veterinary professionals, transportation providers or public authorities.
Family and Guest Coordination
This service can also support selected practical requirements for family members and guests associated with the residence.
Coordination may include appointments, transportation, local providers, arrival requirements and other clearly defined arrangements approved by the owner.
The purpose is not to assume personal or professional responsibilities that belong to licensed providers. It is to give the owner one reliable local point of coordination.
Clear Authority and Professional Boundaries
Before services begin, Private Living establishes the owner’s instructions, approved providers, access permissions, spending limits, communication preferences and emergency contacts.
Private Living does not provide veterinary diagnosis or treatment, emergency animal response, boarding, training, pet sitting or medication administration.
These responsibilities remain with veterinarians, qualified animal-care professionals and independently engaged providers.
Private Living coordinates the arrangement, communication and documented follow-through.
PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS
