We do not misrepresent costs, visible conditions, work completed, provider recommendations, professional capabilities or the status of an assignment.

An issue is not considered complete simply because it has been passed to a provider. Relevant matters remain tracked until they are completed, transferred to the responsible party or clearly reported to the owner.
9) Professional Boundaries
Private Living provides residence oversight, owner representation and practical coordination. We do not replace licensed legal, medical, financial, engineering, architectural, construction, security or other regulated professionals.
