Private Living works on behalf of the homeowner within the responsibilities and authority entrusted to us.
Our role is not to sell maintenance work, promote a particular contractor or replace the professionals who service the residence. Our role is to help the owner understand what requires attention, coordinate the appropriate response and maintain visibility until the matter is resolved.
Vendors remain responsible for the services they provide. Private Living remains focused on the residence, the owner's instructions and the coordination required around the work.

3) Transparent Expenses & Independent Recommendations
Owner-approved expenses and material financial activity are documented clearly. Private Living does not accept undisclosed commissions, referral fees or financial incentives that could compromise our responsibility to the owner.
4) Confidentiality & Respect for the Residence
Information concerning the residence, household, family, routines, access and private affairs is handled discreetly. Property, owner instructions and personal preferences are treated with appropriate care and respect.
5) Professional Boundaries
Private Living provides residence oversight, owner representation and practical coordination. When specialized or regulated expertise is required, we coordinate appropriately qualified independent professionals rather than replace them.

When technical, legal, structural, mechanical or other specialist expertise is required, the appropriate qualified provider is engaged and the process is coordinated on the owner's behalf.
